Self-centering vises

Constructed of 18NiCrMo6 cemented and tempered steel, with rectified prismatic guides, with rectified jaws for precise fixing of the "soft" nuts in the profile of the part to be fixed. The force of the fixation is determined by the pneumatic or hydraulic pressure acting on the inner cylinder, and which imparts to the jaws the closing or opening stroke, driven by inclined plane system guarantee high accuracy, repeatability and rigidity of fixation. Ideal for work in environments with cutting oil, chips, dust, thanks to the pressurizing system and scrapers.
